Effective Date of this Agreement This Agreement shall become effective (the "Effective Date") upon the date of your acceptance hereof, as set forth below.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT This contract shall not become effective until and unless approved by the City of Nashua.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF PLAN Stock Awards and Options may be granted under this Plan upon its adoption by the Board, provided that no incentive stock option will continue to be effective unless this Plan is approved by a majority of the votes entitled to be cast by the Stockholders, voting either in person or by proxy, at a duly held Stockholders' meeting or by the consent of stockholders owning more than 50% of shares of the Common Stock within twelve months of such adoption.
Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
Effective Date of the Merger The Merger shall become effective when a properly executed Certificate of Merger is duly filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, which filing shall be made concurrently with the closing of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement in accordance with Section 1.12. When used in this Agreement, the term "Effective Date" shall mean the date and time at which such Certificate of Merger is so filed or at such time thereafter as is provided in such Certificate of Merger.
Effective Date of Amendment This Amendment shall be deemed effective as of the date first written above, as if executed on such date.
Effective Date of this Agreement and Termination (a) This Agreement shall become effective at 10:00 a.m., Central time, on the first full business day following the effective date of the Registration Statement, or at such earlier time after the effective time of the Registration Statement as you in your discretion shall first release the Securities for sale to the public; provided, that if the Registration Statement is effective at the time this Agreement is executed, this Agreement shall become effective at such time as you in your discretion shall first release the Securities for sale to the public. For the purpose of this Section, the Securities shall be deemed to have been released for sale to the public upon release by you of the publication of a newspaper advertisement relating thereto or upon release by you of telexes offering the Securities for sale to securities dealers, whichever shall first occur. By giving notice as hereinafter specified before the time this Agreement becomes effective, you, as Representatives of the several Underwriters, or the Company may prevent this Agreement from becoming effective without liability of any party to any other party, except that the provisions of Section 4(a)(viii), Section 4(b)(ii) and Section 6 hereof shall at all times be effective.
Effective December 31, 1993 and annually thereafter, the total monthly payment of LTIP under the Plan shall be increased by up to 2.5% based on the average annual increase in the Ontario Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by Statistics Canada each January.
Effective Date of This Agreement and Termination Thereof (a) This Agreement shall become effective at 10:00 A.M., New York time, on the first full business day following the day on which you and the Company receive notification that the Registration Statement became effective.
Effective Date; Duration This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and approved by the City’s legal counsel. Unless sooner terminated, this Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2019. Termination or expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice the City’s right to enforce this Agreement with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.
