Effect of Material Modifications. A copy of the proposed legislation is attached as Exhibit “A”. If legislation is enacted in any manner at any time prior to Final Approval which alters, expands, narrows or modifies the attached proposed legislation in any material way, this Agreement shall be null and void in its entirety.
