Effect of Laws, Ordinances and Regulations. Nothing in this Agreement shall require either party to act in violation of any federal, state or local law or Board policy or regulations, which shall take precedence when inconsistent with this Agreement. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held in violation of any federal, state or local law by a court of final appeal, such determinations shall not in any way affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement, unless otherwise provided by law.
