COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY PARTIES: The Parties are entering into this Agreement for the allotment of the Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project.
COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY ALLOTTEE The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment/ at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a [Apartment/Plot] with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said [Apartment/Plot], all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the [Apartment/Plot]/ at his/ her own cost.

COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC by the Allottee/Transferee The Allottee/Transferee is entering into this Agreement for assignment of the Plot with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the projects in general and this Project in particular. That the Allottee/Transferee hereby undertakes that he/she/it shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she/it has taken over for occupation and use the said Plot, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Plot at his/her/its own cost. The Allottees/Transferees shall from time to time sign all applications, papers, documents, maintenance agreements, electricity agreements and other relevant papers, as required, in pursuance of the Allotment made to the Allottee and do all acts, deeds and things as the Promoter/Transferor may require of the Allottee/Transferee in the interest of the Project

That the Allottee(s) hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Flat & Parking, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Flat & Parking/ at his/ her own cost.
COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC by the Purchaser The Purchaser is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of the Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the projects in general and this Project in particular. That the Purchaser hereby undertakes that he/she/it shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she/it has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment at his/her/its own cost.

BY PURCHASERS The Purchasers is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a Flat with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notification applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Purchasers hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Flat, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Flat at his/ her own cost.
