Visitation by Union Business Agents. The Department Head, Principal, or his designee, shall permit an authorized non-employee Representative of the Union to have reasonable access to work locations to conduct business during normal working hours. Representative shall be authorized by the President or his/her designee (Any such Representative desiring to have access shall first obtain permission from the Department Head, Principal, his/her designee before going into such a working area.) The Representative will in no way interfere with the work of employees or the operation of the department. If, during a visit the Representative wishes to have a private conversation with an employee, the Department Head, principal, or his/her designee will provide an area for the discussion and allow same on the employees time, which can be at a break or some time the managerial employee determines.

The Union agrees that such visits will 14 cause no disruptions or interruptions of work.

  • Outside Activities of Limited Partners Subject to any agreements entered into by a Limited Partner or its Affiliates with the General Partner, Partnership or a Subsidiary, any Limited Partner and any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of any Limited Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities in direct competition with the Partnership or that are enhanced by the activities of the Partnership.
