Educational Assistant. refers to a person permanently employed by the Board assigned to work under the supervision of a teacher, Principal or a team of teachers. Educational Assistants are members of the Bargaining Unit and have all rights and obligations of the Collective Agreement. Educational Assistants will be paid according to the EA Salary Grid in L-ARTICLE 22 β Salary.
