Duration Renewal and Reopener. Section 36.1 – Duration The MOU shall become effective at 12:01 A.M. January 1, 2020, provided all conditions precedent to its effectiveness have been met. No portion of this MOU shall be implemented until all of its provisions are effective. No provision of this MOU has retroactive application unless required by law.
