Duration and Effects. This Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 2019 and shall remain in full force and effect through December 31, 2021, and thereafter from year-to-year unless at least sixty (60) days prior to said expiration date or any anniversary thereof, either party gives a timely written notice to the other of an intent to modify or amend the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Revocation and Effect of Consents Until an amendment, supplement or waiver becomes effective, a consent to it by a Holder of a Note is a continuing consent by the Holder of a Note and every subsequent Holder of a Note or portion of a Note that evidences the same debt as the consenting Holder's Note, even if notation of the consent is not made on any Note. However, any such Holder of a Note or subsequent Holder of a Note may revoke the consent as to its Note if the Trustee receives written notice of revocation before the date the waiver, supplement or amendment becomes effective. An amendment, supplement or waiver becomes effective in accordance with its terms and thereafter binds every Holder.

  • Term and Effective Date The initial term of this Contract will begin June 20, 2020, or on the date the Contract is fully signed by all Parties, whichever is later, and will expire December 1, 2023, consistent with the Master Agreement, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions (Florida).
