Duplicate Bookings. Agent must not create a Duplicate Booking for any reason, or duplicate any reservation booked by another agency or that exists in another CRS/GDS or airlines internal reservation system. It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine if the Agent already made a reservation.

  • Construction Contract; Cost Budget Prior to execution of a construction contract, Tenant shall submit a copy of the proposed contract with the Contractor for the construction of the Tenant Improvements, including the general conditions with Contractor (the “Contract”) to Landlord for its approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Following execution of the Contract and prior to commencement of construction, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a fully executed copy of the Contract for Landlord’s records. Prior to the commencement of the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and after Tenant has accepted all bids and proposals for the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a detailed breakdown, by trade, for all of Tenant’s Agents, of the final estimated costs to be incurred or which have been incurred in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements to be performed by or at the direction of Tenant or the Contractor (the “Construction Budget”), which costs shall include, but not be limited to, the costs of the Architect’s and Engineers’ fees and the Landlord Coordination Fee. The amount, if any, by which the total costs set forth in the Construction Budget exceed the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance is referred to herein as the “Over Allowance Amount”. In the event that an Over-Allowance Amount exists, then prior to the commencement of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall supply Landlord with cash in an amount equal to the Over-Allowance Amount. The Over-Allowance Amount shall be disbursed by Landlord prior to the disbursement of any of the then remaining portion of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, and such disbursement shall be pursuant to the same procedure as the Tenant Improvement Allowance. In the event that, after the total costs set forth in the Construction Budget have been delivered by Tenant to Landlord, the costs relating to the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements shall change, any additional costs for such design and construction in excess of the total costs set forth in the Construction Budget shall be added to the Over-Allowance Amount and the total costs set forth in the Construction Budget, and such additional costs shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord immediately as an addition to the Over-Allowance Amount or at Landlord’s option, Tenant shall make payments for such additional costs out of its own funds, but Tenant shall continue to provide Landlord with the documents described in items (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 2.2.2.1 of this Tenant Work Letter, above, for Landlord’s approval, prior to Tenant paying such costs. All Tenant Improvements paid for by the Over-Allowance Amount shall be deemed Landlord’s property under the terms of the Lease.

  • FALSE STATEMENTS CONCERNING HIGHWAY PROJECTS T h i s p r o v i s i o n i s applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts. In order to assure high quality and durable construction in conformity with approved plans and specifications and a high degree of reliability on statements and representations made by engineers, contractors, suppliers, and workers on Federal- aid highway projects, it is essential that all persons concerned with the project perform their functions as carefully, thoroughly, and honestly as possible. Willful falsification, distortion, or misrepresentation with respect to any facts related to the project is a violation of Federal law. To prevent any misunderstanding regarding the seriousness of these and similar acts, Form FHWA-1022 shall be posted on each Federal-aid highway project (23 CFR 635) in one or more places where it is readily available to all persons concerned with the project: 18 U.S.C. 1020 reads as follows: "Whoever, being an officer, agent, or employee of the United States, or of any State or Territory, or whoever, whether a person, association, firm, or corporation, knowingly makes any false statement, false representation, or false report as to the character, quality, quantity, or cost of the material used or to be used, or the quantity or quality of the work performed or to be performed, or the cost thereof in connection with the submission of plans, maps, specifications, contracts, or costs of construction on any highway or related project submitted for approval to the Secretary of Transportation; or Whoever knowingly makes any false statement, false representation, false report or false claim with respect to the character, quality, quantity, or cost of any work performed or to be performed, or materials furnished or to be furnished, in connection with the construction of any highway or related project approved by the Secretary of Transportation; or Whoever knowingly makes any false statement or false representation as to material fact in any statement, certificate, or report submitted pursuant to provisions of the Federal-aid Roads Act approved July 1, 1916, (39 Stat. 355), as amended and supplemented; Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years or both."

  • Bookings By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.

  • JOC - PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? (FAILURE TO RESPOND PROHIBITS PART 2 JOC EVALUATION) Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully.   • COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE 29:01 All employees within the Bargaining Unit shall be paid a cost of living allowance based on the cost of living formula as set forth below: The cost of living allowance will be determined in accordance with changes in the Consumer Price Index, published by Statistics Canada (1961 = 100) and hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Price Index. The base Consumer Price Index shall be the Consumer Price Index for February 2016. The first (1st) cost of living adjustment shall be based on the Consumer Price Index of May, 2016, and each three (3) months thereafter compared to the base Consumer Price Index for February 2016. Cost of living adjustments shall be made on pay periods commencing 11:59 p.m. on the following dates: July 5, 2016; October 11, 2016; January 17, 2017; and April 10, 2017. The cost of living rate adjustment shall be One ($0.01) Cent per hour for each point five (.5) change in the Consumer Price Index. The cost of living allowance will be adjusted up or down if and as required for each quarterly period in accordance with the above mentioned formula, provided, however, that in no event will a decline in the Consumer Price Index below the figure as recorded for February, 2016, minus 2.5 points provide a basis for further reduction in the straight time rates set forth in Schedule "A" of the within Agreement. The Union believes it is the duty of the Employer to manage the Sick Leave Plan and the Union's duty to represent their members eligible to receive sick pay to the best of their ability. To assist the Employer with their concern over the use of the Plan and to protect the interest of the members against any possible erosion of the existing Plan, the Union agrees to counsel all employees by letter and by presentations at general meetings on the need for regular attendance. Further, the Union will encourage members, whenever possible, to schedule appointments after their shift has concluded or as near to the end of their shift as possible.
