Cost of Living Allowance definition

Cost of Living Allowance means the amount paid to the Executive under Section 7(e).
Cost of Living Allowance means an allowance allowed by Government under sub-section (2) of section 8;
Cost of Living Allowance means 3[an amount] payable under the provisions of this Act.

  • Rental Expense means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of rental payments made by the Company and its Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis) for such period with respect to operating leases.

The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.
