Common use of Dual Coverage Clause in Contracts

Dual Coverage. Association members whose spouses are also employed by the District and eligible for participation in the District’s health and hospital insurance plan shall be entitled to only one family health and hospital plan between the two employees. Such individuals will have the following choices as regards their District-provided health and hospital coverage:
