Domestic Sales. Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, the Company shall insure the Products up to the agreed point of delivery and thereafter it will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer to insure the Products.
Domestic Sales. The title, risk of loss for the Products delivered shall pass from the Company to Buyer the moment the Products are delivered at the agreed point of delivery.
Domestic Sales. Dealer shall concentrate its sales, lease and rental of whole good Products to the Domestic United States. Further, Dealer agrees to give Case notice of any of Dealer's occasional sales, lease or rental of whole good Products outside of the United States prior to shipment, and acknowledges that Case, in its sole discretion, may prohibit Dealer's sales, lease or rental of new whole good Products to a particular area outside of the United States upon written notice to Dealer.

(1) As regards sound carriers supplied from The Producer’s central warehouse with a view to their distribution in the local country, mechanical royalties to NCB are to be calculated as 11 pct of The Producer’s highest list price for each catalogue number, i.e. the price appearing in The Producer’s official price list to retail deal- ers (the so-called “Published Dealer Price” = PPD), cf. Article VI C. (3) below for exceptions to the rule. When calculating mechanical royalties, The Producer is granted a flat-rate cover deduction of 10 pct irrespective of sound carrier format.

Domestic Sales. The primary purpose of the Company shall be to develop, manufacture, market and sell Products in the PRC market.
Domestic Sales. Domestic sales shall be all sales from telephone or mail orders pursuant to the Infomercial or any short-form infomercials shown in the United States or any orders resulting from print or catalog advertising distributed in the United States.
Domestic Sales. (a) The Shareholders agree to support the Company in developing and maximizing annual sales of Products within The Kingdom, provided that the Company is able to do so at prices and on terms and conditions that are no less profitable and favorable than other sales opportunities available to the Company outside of The Kingdom.
