Domestic Invoices. As of the last day of each month, for the three-month period ending on such day, Borrower shall have issued invoices to Account Debtors located in the United States, with an aggregate value of at least (i) for the three-month periods ending on October 31, 2008 and November 30, 2008, Eleven Million Dollars ($11,000,000.00), (ii) for the three-month period ending on December 31, 2008, Fourteen Million Dollars ($14,000,000.00), (iii) for the three-month periods ending on January 31, 2009, February 28, 2009 and March 31, 2009, Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000.00), (iv) for the three-month periods ending on April 30, 2009, May 31, 2009, June 30, 2009, July 31, 2009, August 31, 2009, September 30, 2009, October 31, 2009 and November 30, 2009, Fourteen Million Dollars ($14,000,000.00), and (v) for the three-month period ending on December 31, 2009, and for the three-month period ending on the last day of each month thereafter, Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000.00). All financial covenants in this Section 6.7 shall be tested with respect to Borrower (including any entity subsequently added as a “Borrower” hereunder) and Xxxxxx.xxx Securities Corporation together.”

  • Electronic Invoicing (eInvoicing The Contractor may supply electronic invoices in lieu of paper-based invoices for those transactions processed through MFMP. Contractor may establish electronic invoicing within ninety (90) days of written request to the Department. Electronic invoices shall be submitted to the Customer through the Ariba Network (AN) in one of three mechanisms as listed below. The Contractor will work with the MFMP management team to obtain specific requirements for the eInvoicing.

  • Electronic invoicing The WAWF system provides the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as authorized by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.232- 7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports.

  • Payment and Invoicing 12.1. The Purchaser must pay all sums due to the Service Provider within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice.

  • Tax invoices With regard to Standard Accounts, Stripe will issue Tax invoices (if applicable) directly to you under this Agreement, directly to Standard Accounts under their Connected Account Agreement, or to both you and the Standard Accounts. With regard to Custom Accounts and Express Accounts, Stripe will issue Tax invoices (if applicable) directly to you only.
