Domestic and International Clause Samples

The 'Domestic and International' clause defines the scope of a contract or agreement as applying to activities, transactions, or obligations that occur both within the home country and abroad. In practice, this means that the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement are enforceable regardless of whether the relevant actions take place domestically or in foreign jurisdictions. This clause ensures that the parties are clear about the geographic reach of their rights and responsibilities, preventing ambiguity and potential disputes over where the agreement is valid or enforceable.
