Documents for Committee. The Committee is responsible for the maintenance of all documentation including evaluation results, job specifications, and individual ratings for all jobs, and shall be supplied with all relevant documentation for making position ratings.

  • Calendar Committee The calendar committee is charged with the task of collaborating with site base teams in developing the academic calendar. The committee should complete its recommendations by consensus and report these to the Board no later than January 31.

  • Establishment of Committee The Province may, at its sole discretion, require the establishment of a committee to oversee the Agreement (the “Committee”).

A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.
