This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall expire upon the latest of: (a) completion of the Study; (b) PSI's receipt and acceptance of the Study Data and documentation as provided in the Protocol; or (c) Táto Zmluva nadobúda platnosť Dátumom účinnosti a stráca platnosť vtedy, keď nastane najneskoršia z nasledujúcich situácií: (a) dokončenie Štúdie; (b) prijatie a akceptácia Študijných údajov a dokumentácie spoločnosťou PSI's payment of the fees contemplated to be paid under Article 2 of this Agreement. PSI podľa Protokolu alebo (c) zaplatenie všetkých poplatkov, ktoré má podľa článku 2 tejto Zmluvy zaplatiť spoločnosť PSI.
Doba trvania. UKONČENIE 11.1. Táto Zmluva vstupuje do platnosti dátumom podpisu oboma zmluvnými stranami na dobu určitú 48 mesiacov.
