Diversity and Equality. 5.1 The Authority will review the Provider’s Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan when originally submitted by the Provider in accordance Schedule 8 (Diversity and Equality Requirements) and at least annually thereafter. The Authority can request full policy/procedure documents at any time throughout the Contract.
