Flexera will use commercially reasonable efforts to engage Diverse Suppliers in the support of its business. In order to help achieve these goals, the parties agree to establish a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, composed of equal representatives from the Employer and all Constituent Unions, that will meet on an as needed basis, but no less than quarterly.

Diversity. (a) M/WBE Program – Board’s Business Diversity and Development Department established for this Agreement an M/WBE participation goal of 22%. The Consultant has committed to XX%. Consultant agrees at all times during the Term to meet or exceed the Commitment and to comply with the requirements of Exhibit B – Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Special Contract Provisions concerning that goal and the Board’s M/WBE Program.
