Common use of District Safety/Security Committee Clause in Contracts

District Safety/Security Committee. The District Safety/Security Committee is a standing 15 committee that meets on a regularly scheduled basis. The District Safety/Security Committee shall 16 be made up of sixteen (16) members, eight (8) from management, including the chairperson, and 17 eight (8) from labor, with equal representation for each association representing an affected 18 bargaining unit.
