Concept Sample Clauses

Concept. It is the Owner's expectation that the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, Using Agency, Contractor, and any Separate Contractor, shall work as a Project Team to effect the commencement of and completion of construction in accordance with the Project Schedule, and to achieve Final Completion of the Project. Each team member shall communicate with all other team members to assure overall coordination, cooperation, and efficiency. Each team member shall cooperate fully with and coordinate fully with each other team member in order to achieve Project completion in an expeditious and economical manner. The Contractor shall schedule regular meetings of the key principals of the Project Team in an effort to solve problems in a partnering atmosphere to facilitate the ability of each team member to meet its business objectives, so long as its business objectives are consistent with the successful completion of the Project. It is the Owner’s intent that all consensus decisions of the Project Team, where differing from the Contract Documents, be reduced to writing in an appropriate Change Order.
Concept. For each Software Title, Publisher shall deliver to Microsoft a completed Concept submission form (in the form provided by Microsoft to Publisher) that describes the Software Title. In the event that Publisher desires to host or have a third party host or provide to Xbox Live Users any of Publisher’s Online Game Features, Publisher shall so indicate on the Concept submission form and must execute an addendum to this Agreement, which addendum is available upon request and will be incorporated into this Agreement upon execution. Following evaluation of Publisher’s Concept submission, Microsoft will notify Publisher of whether the Concept is approved or rejected. If approved, the Concept submission form, in the form submitted and approved by Microsoft, is incorporated herein by reference and adherence to its terms is a requirement for Certification. Publisher may propose Online Content at any time after a Concept has been approved, in which case Publisher shall deliver to Microsoft a separate Concept submission for each proposed piece of Online Content.
Concept. Licensee shall deliver to Microsoft a written and completed concept submission form (in the form provided by Microsoft to Licensee), including without limitation: (a) a detailed description of the Software Title, including but not limited to (to the extent applicable) title, theme, plot, characters, play elements, and technical specifications; (b) the identities of any proposed subcontractors, and general information about the principal team of individual developers, and (c) an explanation of the design, technical and marketing suitability of the Software Title. Evaluation of the proposed design will be based on criteria including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: (i) originality; (ii) play breadth and depth; (iii) playability; (iv) replayability and long-term interest; and (v) theme, characters and storyline. Technical evaluation of the concept will be based on criteria including, but not necessarily limited to, feasibility of execution and usage of system capabilities (such as graphics, audio, hard drive, play control, online capabilities and peripherals). Marketing suitability will be evaluated based on criteria including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: (i) market viability; (ii) Licensee's marketing commitment (if any); (iii) suitability to the target demographic; and (iv) overall fit with the Xbox certified software products portfolio.
Concept. Licensee's Concept submission form shall include a description of the Online Features, including, without limitation, a description of any incremental content (i.e., to be made available following the Commercial Release of the Finished Product Units of the Software Title) and proposed distribution schedule. Licensee shall designate, in its sole discretion, which Online Features shall be included in the Base Service and in the Premium Service. Subject to the foregoing, Microsoft may require that all Online Feature Concept submissions include, at a minimum, certain basic functionality necessary to achieve certification (e.g., all features must support user authentication), and any such requirements shall be set forth in the Xbox Guide. Licensee may additionally propose Online Features at any time after a Software Title Concept has been approved, in which case Licensee shall deliver to Microsoft a separate Concept submission addendum form for each Online Feature proposal. Evaluation of the proposed Online Features will be based on criteria including, but not limited to, the criteria set forth in the Xbox Guide. To the extent Licensee desires that Online Features be available in the Territory comprising European Union countries, the EU Approval Option shall not apply.
Concept. Publisher will deliver to Microsoft a completed Concept submission form (using Microsoft’s then-current form) describing the proposed Software Title. If Publisher wants to host (or have a third party host) any Game Features, Publisher will so indicate on the Concept submission form and must comply with all Publisher Services requirements in this Agreement the Publisher Guide. Microsoft will review Publisher’s submission and notify Publisher whether the Concept is approved or rejected. Adherence to the approved Concept submission form is required for Certification.
