Disputes: Paid Leaves. Except for Section 7. Catastrophic Leave, any disputes which may arise concerning the application or interpretation of the paid leave provisions of this Agreement shall have recourse to the Grievance Procedure herein and shall not be appealable to the Civil Service Commission.
