Disposal of Substandard Products. Licensee shall destroy, and upon Goodyear ‘s written request certify such destruction in writing, all substandard Licensee-Made Licensed Products that do not meet the quality levels described in this Article 8. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, with the prior written consent of Goodyear, Licensee instead may dispose of the substandard Licensee-Made Licensed Products at its own discretion as long as no use of or reference to the Licensed Marks is made in connection with such products. In such event, prior to disposal, Licensee must completely remove all labels, tags and marks that would identify any Licensor or any of the Licensed Marks from the substandard products to be disposed of.

  • Disposal of Property In the event of the expiration of this Lease or other re-entry of the Premises by Landlord as provided in this Lease, any property of Tenant not removed by Tenant upon the expiration of the Term of this Lease, or within forty-eight (48) hours after a termination by reason of Tenant’s default, shall be considered abandoned and Landlord may remove any or all of such property and dispose of the same in any manner or store the same in a public warehouse or elsewhere for the account of, and at the expense and risk of, Tenant. If Tenant shall fail to pay the costs of storing any such property after it has been stored for a period of thirty (30) days or more, Landlord may sell any or all of such property at public or private sale, in such manner and at such places as Landlord, in its sole discretion, may deem proper, without notice to or demand upon Tenant.
