Proceeds and Products. All proceeds, including insurance proceeds, and products of the items of Credit Security described or referred to in Sections 3.1.1 through 3.1.13 and, to the extent not included in the foregoing, all distributions with respect to the Pledged Securities.

The term “proceeds” as used herein shall include, without limitation, all accounts, chattel paper, deposit accounts, instruments, equipment, inventory, documents, general intangibles and other proceeds that arise from the sale, lease, transfer or other use or disposition of any kind of any of the Collateral described in the foregoing paragraphs (a) through (j), inclusive, or proceeds, and all proceeds of any type described above acquired with cash proceeds.
Proceeds and Products. All proceeds and products of the foregoing and all insurance of the foregoing and proceeds thereof, whether now owned or existing or hereafter created, acquired or arising; all of the foregoing being herein sometimes referred to as the "Collateral". All terms which are used in this Agreement which are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Illinois ("UCC") shall have the same meanings herein as such terms are defined in the UCC, unless this Agreement shall otherwise specifically provide.
