Disposal Needs. Tenant shall be responsible to make arrangements to provide -------------- any particular or distinct disposal needs with respect to the Tenants operation. In no case shall the Tenant dispose of grease or oil by utilizing the sewer facilities provided at the Demised Premises. Furthermore, Tenant shall reimburse, indemnify and hold the Landlord harmless from any losses, damages or liabilities incurred by Landlord as a result of the Tenant failing to dispose `of its wastes and byproducts in an appropriate and proper manner.

  • Disposal BNY Mellon will maintain chain of custody procedures and require that any Customer Data requiring disposal be rendered inaccessible, cleaned or scrubbed from such hardware and/or media using industry recognized methods.

  • Disposal of Property In the event of the expiration of this Lease or other re-entry of the Premises by Landlord as provided in this Lease, any property of Tenant not removed by Tenant upon the expiration of the Term of this Lease, or within forty-eight (48) hours after a termination by reason of Tenant’s default, shall be considered abandoned and Landlord may remove any or all of such property and dispose of the same in any manner or store the same in a public warehouse or elsewhere for the account of, and at the expense and risk of, Tenant. In the event of such sale, Landlord shall apply the proceeds thereof, first, to the cost and expense of sale, including reasonable attorneys’ fees; second, to the repayment of the cost of removal and storage; third, to the repayment of any other sums which may then or thereafter be due to Landlord from Tenant under any of the terms of this Lease; and fourth, the balance, if any, to Tenant.

  • Disposal of Assets Other than Permitted Dispositions, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any of the assets of any Borrower.

  • Trash Disposal Tenant shall provide trash bins or other adequate garbage disposal facilities within the trash enclosure areas provided or permitted by Landlord outside the Leased Premises sufficient for the interim disposal of all of its trash, garbage and waste. All such trash, garbage and waste temporarily stored in such areas shall be stored in such a manner so that it is not visible from outside of such areas, and Tenant shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Property. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.
