Disposal. The Recipient will not, without the Province’s prior written consent, sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of any asset purchased or created with the Funds or for which Funds were provided, the cost of which exceeded the amount as provided for in Schedule “B” at the time of purchase.
Disposal. The Pledgor shall not, nor shall the Pledgor agree to, enter into a single transaction or a series of transactions (whether related or not and whether voluntary or involuntary) to sell, lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any Relevant Pledged Assets except as permitted by the Clearing Conditions and the Agreement and as long as no Event of Default has occurred. As of the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Pledgor may no longer dispose of the Relevant Pledged Assets (except as otherwise agreed with the Pledgee) and the Pledgee is entitled to notify CBL of the occurrence of the Event of Default.
Disposal. Paltar shall be under no obligation to purchase the interest of Nation in new or used surplus Materials. Paltar shall have the right to dispose of Materials but shall advise and secure prior agreement of the Operating Committee of any proposed disposition of Materials having an original cost to the Operating Account either individually or in the aggregate of A$ 50,000 or more. When Operations are relieved of Material charged to the Operating Account, Paltar shall advise Nation of the original cost of such Material to the Operating Account so that the Parties may eliminate such costs from their asset records. Credits for Material sold by Paltar shall be made to the Operating Account in the month in which payment is received for the Material. Any Material sold or disposed of under this clause shall be on an ‘as is, where is’ basis without guarantees or warranties of any kind or nature. Costs and expenditures incurred by Paltar in the disposition of Materials shall be charged to the Operating Account.
Disposal. Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries disposes, conveys or transfers or threatens to dispose, convey or transfer of all or a material part of its assets, liquidates or dissolves or consolidates or merges with any other Person whether by one or a series of transactions, related or not, other than for the purpose of a reorganisation of the terms of which have received the previous consent in writing of Lessor; or

Disposal transfer, sell, lend, part with or otherwise dispose of, or deal with, or grant any option or present or future right to acquire any of its assets or undertakings or (to the extent that it is within the control of the Mortgages Trustee) the Trust Property or any interest, estate, right, title or benefit therein or thereto or agree or attempt or purport to do so;
Disposal. Where a Borrower is permitted to dispose of any of its Equipment under this Agreement or by any consent thereto hereafter given by the Lender, such Borrower shall do so at arm's length, in good faith and by obtaining the maximum amount of recovery practicable therefor and without impairing the operating integrity or value of its remaining Equipment.
