Home Compost Bin. A portable durable container purchased by the Contractor, and 353 distributed to SFD or MFD/MXD Service Recipients as requested, and stored and distributed by the 354 Contractor to SFD or MFD/MXD Service Recipients for use by those Service Recipients to compost Organic 355 Waste at their premises.
