Disposal of Garbage. Lessee should dispose all the garbage to the place appointed by lessor.
Disposal of Garbage. All garbage must be properly bagged, sealed and placed directly in the dumpster or garbage containers located in the designated garbage area. Storing expired garbage in an apartment or in any common areas is not permitted.
Disposal of Garbage. All the rubbish, garbage and disposables should be collected, put into disposal thick polythene bags to be tied at mouth and carried from the place of collection by hand drawn trolleys with rubber tyres to be arranged by the tenderer. Care should be taken that no spillage of the garbage occurs during collection or transit. Further disposal of garbage and plastic materials should be done as per the rules and regulations of Regional Pollution Control Board.
Disposal of Garbage. The Lessees shall obtain and use their own garbage cans; garbage bags shall not be used. Garbage shall be disposed of by the Lessees in strict accordance with the rules and regulations set by law or order of any state or governmental agency and the Lessor.
Disposal of Garbage. Debris, and Junk. Xxxxxx agrees to regularly dispose of all garbage, debris, or junk during occupancy and upon vacating the Premises as prescribed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the ordinances of the locality in which the Premises is located.

Lessee shall remove from the Premises or otherwise dispose of in a manner approved by Lessor all garbage, debris and other waste materials (whether solid or liquid) arising out of the use or occupancy of the Premises or out of any operations conducted thereon. Garbage, debris and other waste materials may be temporarily stored on the Premises in suitable garbage and waste receptacles.

Disposal of Garbage. All garbage shall be placed into the proper containers and not stacked around the dumpster. Residents or other household members or guests who cannot reach the dumpster will not be allowed to dispose of the garbage. If there are no members of the household who can properly dispose of all garbage into the proper containers, the Resident should contact management to make arrangements for garbage disposal. Residents are allowed to dispose of personal household trash only. No dumping of couches, mattresses, televisions, furniture, and/or any appliance larger than a microwave oven is allowed in any dumpster and shall not be placed near any dumpster. If such items are disposed of in or around the dumpster area, Residents will be charged for the cost of removal.
Disposal of Garbage. Txxxxx agrees to pay Ten Dollars ($10) per month to the Landlord for Landlord’s daily disposal of Tenant’s refuse deposited in Landlord’s existing trash bins located along the roadways of Landlord’s property.
Disposal of Garbage. The Renter agrees to remove all garbage generated from the rental from the premises. The outdoor dumpsters are for other purposes and not available for refuse from the town hall.
