Disposal Facility. All Garbage collected as a result of performing 38 Commercial Garbage Collection Services shall be transported to, and disposed of, at the 39 Disposal Facility. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in the levy of an administrative 40 charge as specified in this Agreement and may result in the CONTRACTOR being in default 41 under this Agreement.
