The Display Area clause defines the specific physical or digital space where a party is permitted to present advertisements, products, or informational materials. Typically, this clause outlines the exact boundaries, dimensions, or locations of the display area, and may include requirements regarding maintenance, signage, or permitted uses within that space. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of where displays are allowed, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized use or encroachment.
Display Area. Landlord and Tenant shall collaborate during the Term on the development and maintenance of an appropriate area and/or website for the display of photographs, memorabilia, and other items depicting past Coliseum events.
Display Area. Exhibit structures must be constructed to allow sufficient tolerance on each side for sidewalls and rails, as well as for utility service at rear of booth. Site conditions may vary depending on proximity to other displays and structural conditions in the exhibit area. A 10 x 10 booth space does not mean a 10 x 10 area to build.
