Displacement of Teachers from Buildings. After internal staffing occurs, it may be necessary to displace some teachers from one or more buildings. If this occurs, the teacher or teachers with the least district-wide seniority shall be displaced from the buildings by area of licensure and their names placed in Transfer Pool 1.
