When an administrator requires a meeting with a bargaining unit member for: (1) an investigatory conference from which the member has a reasonable expectation discipline might result; or (2) the purpose of communicating a recommendation for discipline, the member shall receive an email (or other written communication) informing him/her of the time and location of the meeting and of his/her right to have Union representation present. When the Board requires a meeting with a bargaining unit member, the member shall be given reasonable advance written notice of such meeting and the nature of the possible disciplinary action.
