DISABILITY INSURANCE POLICY. Effective April 8, 2005, County-sponsored disability insurance policies will be made available. Beginning Plan Year 2011, coverage can be purchased either through the use of vacation sellback (up to ten days) or through payroll deduction. These policies are subject to premium costs, eligibility requirements, age limitations, coverage exclusions, conversion rights, and all other provisions set forth in the applicable insurer contracts.
