Digitization Services. None of the restrictions set forth in this Section 4.3 will limit eBay's ability to enter into any agreements or relationships with any party, nor restrict promotional activities, with respect to the digitization portion of any Image services (other than the capture and digitization of Virtual Tour Images), but will only apply to the submission and hosting portions of the process; provided, that eBay will discuss in good faith with IPIX opportunities whereby IPIX would provide digitization services to Customers.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
