Common use of Differential for PTO Hours Clause in Contracts

Differential for PTO Hours. Full shift differential will be paid to Regular Nurses claiming PTO (Paid Time Off as stated in Section 9) if they are permanently assigned to evenings or nights. Permanent assignment constitutes an anticipated or realized six (6) months of assignment. This assignment is agreed upon by the Regular Nurse and department and indicated on a signed Personnel Action Form.
