For the SPIRITUAL GOAL, we are committed to fostering the student’s growth in attaining the following internal and external Developmental Assets.  Planning and Decision Making - Young person knows how to plan ahead and make choices  Interpersonal/Cultural Competence - Young person has empathy, sensitivity, and friendship skills  Resistance Skills - Young person can resist negative peer pressure and dangerous situations  Peaceful Conflict Resolution - Young person seeks to resolve conflict non-violently  Other Adult Relationships - Young person receives support from three or more nonparent adults  Caring School Climate - School provides a caring and encouraging environment  Parent Involvement in Schooling - Parent(s) are actively involved in helping the child succeed in school School District No. 23 (Central Okanagan) Enhancement Agreement
