The 'Development group' clause defines the specific team or entity responsible for carrying out development activities under the agreement. Development Group. Consistent with the requirements of Section 2.8(b) of the STTA, POSCO Power and FCE shall identify and designate sufficient business, financial and technical personnel and resources to form a joint committee development planning group (hereafter “Development Group”) that shall meet, either in person or via teleconference, at mutually acceptable intervals for the planning and execution of the Joint Development Program.
Development Group. In view of the significant costs incurred to date and that will be required to be advanced by Developer to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Specific Plan as set forth in this Agreement, a Development Group consisting of Developer and the other Participating Developers has been formed and will fund the planning costs and may construct or coordinate and administer certain financing programs related to the construction of the improvements and the public facilities. As more particularly described in Section 3.2 of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s ability to proceed with any part of the Project will be contingent upon Developer being a member in good standing of such Development Group, as evidenced by the issuance thereto from the Development Group of a Good Standing Certificate.
Development Group. The unions shall consider sectoral issues in industry-specific dialogue, on the principle of continual collective bargaining. Such issues include ques- tions of productivity and industry competitiveness, and, in particular, col- lective agreement regulations regarding the use of working time under exceptional circumstances and clarification of the collective agreement with special regard to working time regulations. The group will review the use of working hour reserves in the industry and, if necessary, promote the implementation of working hour reserves in compliance with the collective agreement.
Development Group. The federations shall consider sectoral issues in industry-specific dia- ▇▇▇▇▇, on the principle of continual collective bargaining. Such issues in- clude questions of productivity and industry competitiveness, working time, and clarification of the collective agreement. The working group shall study the need for closer co-operation in compil- ing statistics and the conditions for achieving this, and shall report by no later than 31 May 2012. Based on this study, the working group shall sub- mit proposals for promoting openness and trust, improving the compa- rability and availability of statistics, and enhancing conditions for local collective bargaining.

Related to Development Group

  • Staff Development As part of their induction, new staff will be made aware of this policy and will be asked to ensure compliance with its procedures at all times.

  • Joint Development If joint development is involved, the Recipient agrees to follow the latest edition of FTA Circular 7050.1, “Federal Transit Administration Guidance on Joint Development.”

  • Program Development NWESD agrees that priority in the development of new applications services by WSIPC shall be in accordance with the expressed direction of the WSIPC Board of Directors operating under their bylaws.

  • Development Within twenty (20) Working Days after the Commencement Date and in accordance with paragraphs 3.10 to 3.12 (Amendment and Revision), the Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Authority for approval the full and final Security Plan which will be based on the draft Security Plan set out in Appendix B.

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.
