Determination of Direct Salary Rate. For each Assigned Employee, the Commissioner shall determine and approve in writing the Direct Salary Rate per hour to be paid for such employee. An Assigned Employee’s Direct Salary Rate per hour shall be whichever of the following is LESS: (1) Actual Annual Direct Salary Rate per hour for the Assigned Employee, computed as described above, or (2) Maximum Allowable Direct Salary Rate per hour for the Assigned Employee’s title, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Salary Rate The annual salary for regular faculty will be prorated according to the established workload for the academic year.

  • Salary Determination 12.5.1 A unit member shall receive a salary not less than the minimum salary nor more than the maximum salary (Articles 12.3 and 12.4) for the rank to which appointed, except as provided in Articles 4.15, 5.6, 10.6.1 or Article 10.6.1.1. The effective dates for salaries shall be the appropriate dates specified in Article 12.2.2.

  • SALARY RATES Section 12.1 The following shall apply to full-time employees:

  • Protected Salary Rates A. The Employer shall continue the current salary rate protection program for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Rate of Compensation In lieu of direct compensation for all overtime, shift work and standby (as defined in Articles 16, 17 and 18 of this Agreement), regular full-time employees shall receive a special compensation of 7% of their basic salary earned for each calendar year.   • Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.

  • Calculation of Annual Leave Pay Annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary weekly wage rate for ordinary hours for the period of annual leave (excluding shift allowances and weekend payments but including leading hand allowance); plus an amount equal to 17.5% of the amount

  • Determination of Clearing Price The Selling Shareholder and the Placement Agents shall have determined, in writing, the clearing price for the Securities in the Auction.

  • Salary Rate on Demotion When an employee is demoted the employee shall receive the rate for the position if a single salary. If a salary range is established, the maximum reduction shall be the closest step to 8%, but where the differential between the employee's salary before demotion and the maximum salary of the lower position is greater than 8%, the new salary shall be the maximum of the new position.
