Designation of Primary Points of Contact. Each party will, at the request of the other party, designate a primary point of contact to facilitate communications between the parties and the timely processing of Applicant’s applications for access to SWBT’s poles, ducts, conduits, and rights-of-way located within this State. Designations of primary points of contact will be made by written notices including the name, title, address, phone number, and fax number of the person designated as the primary point of contact; provided, however, that unless and until a different designation is made, SWBT’s primary point of contact shall be the Utility Liaison Supervisor identified in APPENDIX VIII. Designation of primary points of contact pursuant to this section will not affect notice requirements or other legal requirements set forth in other provisions of this Agreement.

Designations of primary points of contact will be made by written notices including the name, title, address, phone number, and fax number of the person designated as the primary point of contact; provided, however, that unless and until a different designation is made, SBC MISSOURI’s primary point of contact shall be the Utility Liaison Supervisor identified in EXHIBIT VIII. Designation of primary points of contact pursuant to this section shall not affect notice requirements or other legal requirements set forth in other provisions of this Appendix or the parties’ interconnection agreement.
