Timely Processing. The Contractor shall provide for timely updates and edits for all transactions on a schedule that allows the Contractor to meet the State’s performance requirements. At a minimum, this shall include the following:
Timely Processing. Time limits noted in this ADR procedure give the maximum amount of time allotted to each part of this procedure. All parties are encouraged to complete their portion of the ADR procedure as quickly as possible, while also allowing enough time to complete the work in a competent manner.
Timely Processing. City shall use its reasonable best efforts to process and approve, within a reasonable time, any Subsequent City Approvals or environmental review requested by Developer during the Term of this Agreement.

Timely Processing. 10.1 We will not keep personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose or purposes for which they were collected. We will take all reasonable steps to destroy, or erase from our systems, all data which is no longer required.
Timely Processing. Time limits outlined in the procedure are to be considered as maximum and every effort will be made to resolve the matter before the close of the school term or as soon as possible thereafter. Failure by the grievant to comply with the time limit shall cause a grievance to be waived. Failure by the District to comply with the time limit shall cause a grievance to be automatically processed to the next step. Any time limit herein may be extended by mutual agreement.
Timely Processing. County agrees that it will accept, in good faith, for processing review and action, all complete applications for development permits or other entitlements for use of the Property in accordance with the County Approvals and this Agreement, and shall exercise its best efforts to act upon such applications in an expeditious manner. Accordingly, to the extent that the applications and submittals are in conformity with the County Approvals, applicable law, and this Agreement, County agrees to diligently and promptly accept, review and take timely action on all Subsequent County Approvals and any environmental review required thereon in furtherance of the Project. Similarly, County shall promptly and diligently review and approve improvement plans, conduct construction inspections and accept completed facilities.
