Designated Equipment. All equipment components of the educational facilities described in Schedule B shall constitute "Designated Equipment." As previously authorized and approved by the Credit Enhancer for the Series 2001A Certificates, all of the Administrative Facilities and Prior Facilities shall also constitute "Designated Equipment."
