This contract agreement made and entered into at Merced County, California by and between the Merced County Office of Education, hereinafter called County, agrees to provide Dos Palos/Oro Loma Unified , hereinafter called District, the services selected on the signature page at the end of this agreement. The services available under this agreement are outlined under section 5. The parties agree that the technical services being provided by this contract are “special services” as defined by Government Code Section 53060 and “professional experts” pursuant to Education Code Section 45103.
