Departure from Venue. The Hirer shall leave the Venue and all facilities in a clean, safe and proper condition as at the commencement of the hire period, to the satisfaction of ACA Sydney, and will remove all goods and equipment brought in by the Hirer in accordance with any direction of ACA Sydney. ACA Sydney shall not have any liability in respect to loss of or damage caused to goods left in the Venue.

  • Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue This Agreement and all acts and transactions hereunder and all rights and obligations of Silicon and Borrower shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. EACH OF THE PARTIES HERETO EXPRESSLY SUBMITS AND CONSENTS IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR SUIT COMMENCED IN ANY SUCH COURT, AND EACH OF THE PARTIES HERETO HEREBY WAIVES ANY OBJECTION WHICH IT MAY HAVE BASED UPON LACK OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION, IMPROPER VENUE OR FORUM NON CONVENIENS.
