Departmental Partial Day Leave. 13.2.13.1 The designated manager shall have the discretion to grant to employees permission to be absent for parts of a day not exceeding six (6) hours per month without loss of pay for employee medical appointments. Verification of time and date of doctor’s appointment is required.

  • Donor Leave An employee shall be granted the necessary leave of absence with pay for the purpose of donating bone marrow or an organ.
