Department and Program Involvement. For purposes of discussions related to issues included in Article 20, Section A, Subd. 3, community faculty shall be represented in colleges, departments or programs. Representation of community faculty shall be subject to mutual agreement between the President/designee and the Association. Community faculty may participate in all of their college and departmental meetings, consistent with the requirements of Article 20.
