Common use of Dental Services Plan Clause in Contracts

Dental Services Plan. All Regular Full-Time Employees who have completed six (6) months of continuous service and all Temporary Full-Time Employees who have completed one (1) year of continuous service are entitled to participate in the Plan on the following basis:

Dental Services Plan. (a) All Regular Fullregular full-Time Employees time employees who have completed six (6) months continuous service, and all temporary employees working more than seventeen and one- half (17.5) hours per week who have elected benefits and have completed eighteen hundred and twenty (1820) hours of continuous service and all Temporary Full-Time Employees who have completed one (1) year of continuous service are service, shall be entitled to participate in the Plan on the following basisdental plan:
