Common use of Dental Services Plan Clause in Contracts

Dental Services Plan. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premium cost for all regular employees entitled to coverage under the dental plan, at a dependent rate if required, and remit same premiums to the Union.
