Demographic Report. The Employer shall forward monthly to the Union a human resources report or reports in electronic format covering all bargaining unit employees currently employed by the Employer, including their name, bargaining unit, work location, mailing address, primary phone number, employee identification number, job title, department name, date of hire, bargaining unit seniority date, rate of pay, monthly gross pay (overtime excluded),
Demographic Report. A Demographic Report form, as provided by the City, shall be submitted annually, unless otherwise directed by the City. The Report shall be submitted to the City no later than fifteen calendar days following the end of the year, for the year ending December 31.
