Deleted Provision. Section VIII.A of the First Amendment (Restoration of Expansion Space) shall be deleted in its entirety and of no further force and effect.
Deleted Provision. Section VIII(d) of the Second Amendment (Right of First Offer) shall be deleted in its entirety and of no further force or effect.
Deleted Provision. Sections 1 (Renewal Option) of Exhibit D of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and of no further force and effect.
