Other Definitions and Provisions. Other Definitions and Provisions. (a) Use of Capitalized Terms. Unless otherwise defined therein, all capitalized terms defined in this Agreement shall have the defined meanings when used in this Agreement, the Notes and the other Loan Documents or any certificate, report or other document made or delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
(b) References to the Borrowers. Unless otherwise specified or otherwise required by the context, all references to the Domestic Borrower and its Subsidiaries or the German Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall be deemed to be references to such entities after giving effect to the Acquisition.
(c) Revolving Credit Agreement. The terms and conditions of each article, section or subsection of the Revolving Credit Agreement which are incorporated in this Agreement by reference shall continue as such terms and conditions are set forth in the Revolving Credit Agreement on the Closing Date hereof irrespective of any termination of the Revolving Credit Agreement.
