Delegates. A. The Union may elect or designate a delegate or alternate delegate by classification who shall be recognized by the Employer. The delegate or alternate is recognized as an authorized representative of the Union for settling grievances and disputes. Representatives of management with authority to settle such matters will meet with the delegate and work for the resolution of grievances and disputes.
